Council 9924 Grand Knight Rick Kuertz & Our Lady of Lourdes Pastor Rev. Jay Jancarz present George & Kathy Bevis Family of the Year Award
At the Aug 13th Council 9924 Meeting, Grand Knight Rick Kuertz and Our Lady of Lourdes Pastor Rev. Jay Jancarz presented SK George Bevis & Kathy Bevis with the Famiy of the Year award plaque for their extraordinary efforts in connection with this past year's monthly Knights Breakfast. George took on the leadership of this event, spearheading some major changes to the offering and its operation. With a resulting large increase in attendence along with the coffee sales based out of the OLL "Basement" which Kathy runs, this project was a resounding success, both from a financial standpoint and from the fellowship it fostered within the Parish Community.
