Join or Transfer into Council #9924

Since 1882, membership in the Knights of Columbus has been open to men 18 years of age or older who are "practical" (that is, practicing) Catholics in union with the Holy Spirit.

To join or transfer into Council #9924, Application Form 100 must be completed and submitted using the following guidance:

• If using a computer Click here to Open Application Form 100 and complete the sections on-line as described below.  Use the PRINT button on the completed  form to create a hardcopy, then sign your name above SIGNATURE OF APPLICANT in Section 5 of the printed copy.  Either mail the signed hardcopy to the Knights of Columbus at 1301 Center Rd, Venice, FL 34292 or scan it to a PDF file and email it to kofccouncil9924@gmail.com.
• If using a mobile device Click here to Open Application Form 100 and use your device's print function to create a hardcopy of the form.  On the printed copy complete the sections, as described below, then sign your name above SIGNATURE OF APPLICANT in Section 5.  Either mail the signed hardcopy to the Knights of Columbus at 1301 Center Rd, Venice, FL 34292 or scan it to a PDF file and email it to kofccouncil9924@gmail.com.

How to complete Application Form 100

When Joining Council #9924 as a New Member of the Knights:

• Check the "NEW MEMBER" TRANSACTION Type in Section 2
• Complete all of Section 3
• Provide the PARISH NAME and LOCATION where you are a practicing Catholic in Section 4

When Joining Council #9924 as a Transfer from Another Council:

• Check the "TRANSFER IN" TRANSACTION Type in Section 2
• Complete all of Section 3
• Provide the PARISH NAME and LOCATION where you are a practicing Catholic, as well as the remaining fields, in Section 4
