The Silver Rose

Council 9924 received the Silver Rose on Saturday, February 21st, marking its first time in several years. The program honors Our Lady of Guadalupe and reaffirms commitment to the sanctity of human life. There are eight Silver Roses that run along eight different North American Routes including every U.S. state and Mexico.

Special thanks to Brother Bill Blanchard and the five Knights on Bikes members (left to right above: Chuck Gnarrra, Laz Miel, Bill Blanchard, Mike Bouganurio and Derek Biaz) who delivered the Silver Rose to Our Lady of Lourdes where brother Knights participated in a Prayer Service led by our Advocate Paul Cacciatore. The schedule for next year's Silver Rose Service will be publicized well in advance of its February, 2027 arrival.
