Mike Milak Presented with the February 2026 Knight of the Month Award

At the February 11th, 2026 Council 9924 Membership Meeting Mike Milak (above, right) was presented with the Knight of the Month award by Grand Knight  Eric Bisighini (above, left). This is in recognition and appreciation for leading our 2026 Tootsie Roll Citizens with Disabilities Drive which spanned 4 weekends in January and February and involved a volunteer contingent of over 50 Brothers and spouses.

As a result of Mikes's efforts over $10,000 was collected.  Ten percent of the total receipts was allocated to KofC Charities, and the remainder was donated in three equal shares between the Special Olympics of Sarasota County, the Venice Challenger Baseball League and the Loveland Center.
