Earlier this year, violent gangs in Haiti forced the airport in Port-au-Prince to close, effectively trapping hundreds of Americans, primarily aid workers, in the troubled country. Over five weeks this spring, two Florida Knights flew into Haiti repeatedly to bring 143 people to safety.
