MESSAGE FROM OUR GRAND KNIGHT

Good Afternoon Brother's,

I hope this email finds you doing well.  I wanted to send you a quick message to let you know that we are changing the meeting to June 4th instead of June 11th.  I apologize for the late notice of the date change and I hope everyone can make it as we will be holding our election of officers and having a motion to have a summer recess for the months of July and August.

I asked for the meeting to be changed as I'm going to be leaving for the Camino de Santiago on June 6th and we need to get everything in so we can win the Star Council Award for all of our hard-work and efforts.

My brother's, I lost my job last week and it has been a lifelong dream of mine to walk the Camino, but never could find 35 days to do this.  When I lost my job, my wife said I now had the 35 days free.  It is a humbling experience to lose your job, but I'm going to use the time on the walk to reflect on what God has planned for me as well as our Council.  So I appreciate your understanding for the reasoning for the date change.

I love you guys and I'm proud to call you my brother's.  I look forward to seeing everyone on June 4th at 5:30 for the Rosary,
