We are looking for a few good men to be sponsors for new members. Sponsors will be a group of Knights to spend some time with new members in the first month or so starting with joining them at their exemplification and then at their first meeting or two. Talk to them about how, what and why we do the things we do. During the sponsorship maybe share an experience you have had with the Knights, and try to get them involved in something that fits their interests.
The few good men that sign up to be sponsors would be on a call list and the council’s membership director will call you to set up your meeting with the new member at their exemplification. Sponsorship will not require a lot of time, but should be a big help at getting new members engaged.
